EMEA & Widening Countries Corridor
Platform Briefing:
Innivia Ventures is currently engaging in select regional partnerships, multi-stage startup/scaleup mentorships, and public-private consortium commitments. Our full managed ecosystem capabilities, corporate tracks, and private angel network will be formally unveiled in September 2026.
ABOUT THE PLATFORM
Innivia Ventures is a sophisticated pan-European venture platform and managed dealflow engine linking the Nordic-Baltic corridor, Western Europe, the EU Widening Countries, and the broader EMEA region with global venture markets. Headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with remote operational hubs in Paris, France, and Jyväskylä, Finland, we function independently at the cross-sections of advanced scientific research, public innovation frameworks, and private capital. We bridge the critical gap between early-stage Research-to-Business (R2B) pipelines, university spin-offs, startups, scaleups, and downstream venture capital.
Institutionalizing over 25 years of master-level expertise in cross-border ecosystem building and multi-stage investor readiness execution, our platform provides comprehensive accompaniment alongside the Innivia Angels Club — our proprietary, informal cross-border co-investment and syndication network functioning under the corporate umbrella of Innivia Ventures. Championing inclusive market economics, Innivia Angels operates as a prominent women-led network maintaining an exceptional 3:1 ratio of female-to-male private investors.
A central pillar of our platform is horizontal cross-sector fertilization, where we map and unlock high-margin spillovers across commercial, industrial, and dual-use public safety domains (e.g., translating advanced motorsport engineering into hydrogen mobility, converting agri-food side streams into new biomaterials, or adapting performance wellness tracking into clinical health diagnostics). We purposefully direct our networks toward high-impact global challenges, unlocking uncopiable “Moat Matrices” such as proprietary data loops and network effects.
OUR CORE SECTORS & GLOBAL CHALLENGES
We target our ecosystem resources and private capital syndication toward the core pillars shaping the future of global enterprise, security, and sustainability:
• HEALTH INNOVATION & WELL-BEING: Advancing digital health systems, remote clinical tracking, diagnostic biometrics, and mental/brain health optimization models.
• DIGITALISATION & CYBERSECURITY: Securing decentralized networks, localized AI architectures, esports cognitive data modeling, and proactive online safety frameworks.
• FUTURE OF FOOD & AGRITECH: Strengthening sustainable agriculture, food security, and circular value-chain systems.
• SMART CITIES & URBAN MOBILITY: Optimizing municipal logistics, autonomous transit, and smart urban infrastructure.
• OCEAN & SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY: Advancing maritime innovation, sustainable transport, and clean fuel/hydrogen integration.
• ADVANCED MATERIALS & MANUFACTURING: Transforming raw materials, minerals, and industrial side streams into value-added production.
• CLIMATE & RESOURCE RESILIENCE: Driving systematic technologies for resource conservation, climate adaptation, and water resilience.
• SPORTTECH & CREATIVE INDUSTRIES: Unlocking exponential cross-sector value through high-performance athletic biometrics, spatial computing, and digital media.
OUR MILESTONE-DRIVEN ECOSYSTEM PROGRAMS
We run highly targeted, intensive accompaniment tracks tailored for every stage of the entrepreneurial lifecycle:
• R2B & SPIN-OFF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING: Translating laboratory breakthroughs and raw academic IP into robust, investable corporate foundations and pristine early-stage cap tables.
• STARTUP INVESTOR READINESS & TECH STORYTELLING: Delivering elite entrepreneurship bootcamps, tech storytelling masterclasses, and signature “Craft a Killer Pitch” workshops to help early-stage ventures translate complex technical architectures into high-impact commercial narratives that captivate private angel syndicates.
• SCALEUP COMMERCIALIZATION & INTERNATIONALIZATION: Running intensive dry runs and governance mapping to accompany high-growth companies through cross-border expansion, multi-market regulatory compliance, and preparation for institutional Venture Capital Series A and B rounds.
• CROSS-SECTOR OPTIMIZATION: Stress-testing a venture’s data loops and network effects to unlock secondary, high-margin revenue streams across complementary B2B and public safety verticals.
• INCLUSIVE INVESTING INITIATIVES: Deploying specialized, international capacity-building programs to accelerate female-led ventures and build robust networks for women angel investors.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Innivia Ventures was founded by Audra Shallal, Founder and CEO, a recognized leader in the European innovation ecosystem with over 25 years of master-level experience bridging the gap between public RDI grant frameworks, multi-stage startups/scaleups, and private venture capital. An American national and bilingual French resident based in Paris for over thirty years, her background combines elite academic theory with real-world market execution.
She holds BA degrees in International Business and International Economics from the American University of Paris (AUP), an MBA from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (ENPC), and a DEA in Strategic Management from the Sorbonne. Her high-level credentials provide Innivia with unassailable validation across international tech networks:
• EU Evaluation & Higher Governance: Active Expert Jury Member for the European Innovation Council (EIC) and EISMEA. She serves as a specialized EU Expert and Mentor across clean fuels, hydrogen, renewable energy production, agritech, medtech, sustainable mobility, aerospace, sport tech, culture & creative industries and public procurement in healthcare (InnoHSupport).
• Pioneering Angel Leadership & Board Seats: Board Member of EBAN (European Business Angels Network) and SBA (Sophia Business Angels), Co-founder and Co-Chair of EBAN Sports, Advisory Board Member for I4W (Impulse4Women), AFBAN (African Federation of Business Angels Network) and Co-founder of the Flying Finn Angels. Her past leadership includes serving as Vice President of Femmes Business Angels (FBA) and Board Member of Nordic Female Business Angel Network (NFBAN), alongside advisory board seats with networks spanning Business Angels des Grandes Ecoles, and Tenmou – First Bahrain Business Angel Network.
• Elite Academic & Pitch Excellence: Masterclass director and lecturer in Entrepreneurship, Business Plan Development, and Entrepreneurial Finance for prestigious institutions including ENSCP, École Polytechnique (X), ParisTech, and CELSA. She regularly delivers her signature “Craft a Killer Pitch” workshops globally.
• Global & Inclusive Innovation Economics: Selected Mentor and Workshop Facilitator for the EIC Women Leadership Programme (EWLP) — recently reselected for 2026 as one of just 57 core mentors from over 350 international applicants. She acts as a Women TechEU partner and frequently advises global bodies — including the European Commission, OECD, UNEP, and UNIDO — on enterprise financing and economic empowerment.
Driven by a background as a former professional classical ballet dancer and a competitive athlete with gold, silver, and bronze medals in fencing and horseshow jumping, she injects a unique, high-performance edge into cross-sector fertilization and dual-use technological validation. Her personal and strategic advisory track record forms the foundational bedrock of Innivia’s multi-stage accompaniment model.
